  Buffalo River Outfitters are a great choice for floating the Buffalo. I typically contract my rental and shuttle needs with concessionaires on the Upper Buffalo but this year I chose BRO because I decided to float the middle river for my first time ever. A friend recommended BRO and I wasn't disappointed. We noticed one of our canoes did have some damage prior to our departure and they were happy to switch it out for another canoe that was in better shape. We utilized their van shuttle service which allowed us to leave our vehicles on their property under video surveillance. The drop off and pickup both went smoothly. We canoed two different days and each day we did not need to wait for our return shuttle. They were there on time both days and promptly loaded our boats while we loaded our gear. We were underway and back to our vehicle in no time. The pricing for rentals and shuttle are expensive but not above average for other concessionaires in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful. They accommodated our group of six easily and answered all questions that we had. The store is clean and well organized. They have a large selection of souvenirs and other items you may find useful for your float trip available. I would definitely rent from BRO again.
